1. Kareena Kapoor Vs Ameesha Patel

She's the feisty Kapoor girl who has worked hard to make a place for her self in Bollywood's A-List. Along the way, Kareena Kapoor Khan aka Bebo has made many friends and a lot of enemies too. While they say that nothing is permanent in the entertainment industry, not even friendships and enmity, here's a look at Bebo's top 5 cat fights with her co-stars/contemporaries.


Ameesha Patel- Like the many roles she rejected, Kareena Kapoor had stormed out of Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hain which was supposed to be her debut. Interestingly, Bebo had apparently been thrown out by Rakesh Roshan who was directing the film, owing to her tantrums. Bebo was then replaced by Ameesha Patel. Ever since, the two have shared cold vibes. Bebo had also said in an interview to Filmfare magazine that while dad Rakesh Roshan had spent five hours on his son Hrithik Roshan, not even five seconds were spent on Ameesha. But Bebo did not stop there. She further said that one could see Ameesha's pimples and under bags on her face. She also said she was glad she did not do the film But Kareena went on to say bitchier things. Quoting excerpts from the Filmfare interview, Kareena further said, "The film is a huge success so I would have definitely become a star had I acted in it. But I don't know if I want to be labeled as just a star. I'd rather be known as an actress and that would have not been possible if I had done Kaho Naa The film was made for Hrithik. ..... She (referring to Ameesha) just doesn't look beautiful. If I was in the film, I would have definitely got a better deal but I still feel that the attention would have got divided between us. So I'm glad I didn't do the movie." How bitchy Bebo!

2. Kareena Kapoor Vs Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone- She’s way junior than Kareena and has become one of the most sought after actresses in Bollywood. Deepika Padukone has proved her metal with films like Race 2, Cocktail, Yeh Jawaani Hain Deewani and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. Interestingly, Dips hit it off well with Kareena’s beau Saif Ali Khan and the two have worked together in Race 2 and Cocktail. Incidentally, Kareena Kapoor Khan was the original choice for SLB’s Ram Leela but the actress apparently walked out of the project due to the film’s intimate scene. The film was later passed on to Deepika. On season 4 of Koffee with Karan, when KJo asked her what alternate profession should Kareena take up, Deepika instantly said charity, hinting at Bebo’s generosity at passing on her roles to other actresses that made them famous.

3. Kareena Kapoor Vs Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra- Both Kareena and Priyanka worked together on the film Aitraaz which went on to become a hit! But professional rivalry seems to have come in the way as the two talented actresses were always pitied against each other. Both Bebo and Pee Cee worked briefly together in Don where Bebo did an item number and Priyanka was playing the female lead. Things seemed to go out of hand when the forthright and frank Bebo said on an episode of Koffee with Karan that where did Priyanka Chopra get her accent from. Piggy Chops was not one to keep quiet and retorted by saying the same place that Kareena’s boyfriend got it from. (She was referring to Saif Ali Khan). In 2007, Kareena had also apparently made a statement that she considered only Rani Mukerji, her contemporary, to be an actress. While Bebo was clearly sending out a message to all her fellow female actresses, Priyanka retorted by saying that Bebo was a more mature and senior actresses than herself and this qualified her to comment on Pee Cee’s caliber. Interestingly, after Kareena broke up with Shahid, Priyanka was rumoured to be dating him though the couple never went public with their relationship. On season 4 of Koffee with Karan, when host KJo asked Priyanka which actor/actress would have a life size poster of themselves, Priyanka instantly replied, Bebo!

4. Kareena Kapoor Vs Bipasha Basu

Bipasha Basu- Kareena and Biapasha’s cat fight dates back to 2001 when both were working on the sets of Ajnabee. Directed by Abbas Mustan and also co starring Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol, the fight between the two erupted when Bips apparently made nasty comments about Bebo’s outfits. Kareena instantly retorted by calling her a ‘kaali billi’. Apparently the real reason was Kareena’s friend and noted fashion designer Manish Malhotra who helped Bipasha with her outfits and this sent Kareena in a rage. Things seemed to worsen when on an episode of Koffee with Karan Bebo called Bipasha’s then boyfriend John Abraham as expressionless. But things finally thawed between the two when Bipasha and Bebo’s now husband Saif Ali Khan worked together on the film Race. While Saif and Bips became good friends, Kareena had no choice but to patch up with her.

5. Kareena Kapoor Vs Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan- The rivalry between Bebo and Ash is obvious because her older sister Karisma Kapoor was engaged to Jr. Bachchan. Abhishek and Lolo called off their engagement and Abhishek later tied the knot with Aishwarya. But that’s not the only reason for the differences between them. In an interview to Zoom TV, when the host asked Bebo if she was ready to take on Aishwarya as Golmaal 2 and Action Replayy were releasing the same day, Bebo had said that Golmaal was a brand and people would want to see it first. She also apparently said in an interview to Zoom that Hum Dil Chuke Sanam was first offered to her by Sanjay Leela Bhansali but she was too young then. That’s when the film apparently went to Ash. Aishwarya was also unceremoniously dropped from Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine as she was pregnant at that time and was replaced by KKK. Pretty immature of Kareena considering Ash is a name to reckon with not only in Bollywood but also Hollywood!
