George Clooney and his new wife Amal Alamuddin shared their big day with EVERYONE by selling their wedding photos, but it has been reported that the pair are not keeping the cash.
In a new report, the newlyweds will instead by making a move, used often by George’s pal Brad Pitt and his wife Angelina Jolie, and that is to donate the money raised to charity.
TMZ claim that it was a fierce fight between publications to secure the wedding photos, and George intends to donate all of the cash to causes that the couple support.
George and his bride Amal are splashed across People in the US and Hello! In the UK, just like the Jolie-Pitts.
Sources have told us that the cash is likely to be donated to a number of human rights charities, including Not on our watch, a charity Clooney set up with Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Don Cheadle and others. While TMZ report most of it will be gifted to the Satellite Sentinel Project.
George co-founded the charity in 2010, and it monitors Sudan for war crimes. It aims to help Sudan by using “its imagery and analysis to generate rapid responses on human rights and human security concerns”.
A source close to the Hollywood actor has told the gossip site: "Every photo in both magazines will be saving a life."
